The Term 2 Spelling List has been given out. You can click here for the soft copy or find the link on the right panel.
The nurses will be coming to conduct health screening for the kids in Term 2. I would appreciate if you could pass the health booklets to me by tomorrow or by the 1st day of Term 2. This is to facilitate collation of the health booklets by Thursday, 26 March 09. 2E will have vision and health screening on the 30th March 09.
Please note that I will be attending a certificate course, Certificate in Teaching Pupils with High Ability (CeTPHA), offered by the National Institute of Education. The first module of the course is on Understanding and Providing for Pupils with High Ability and this would go a long way in helping me develop your child to his/her fullest potential
The course will be conducted every Tuesday, and spans from 24th March- 28th April.
I would thus, be unable to be with your child on those Tuesdays.
In my absence, Mrs Shirley Tay, an experienced teacher will take over my duties in class. I am confident that she will impart much to your child. I hope you can give her your full support.
